During Festful app development, we encountered significant challenges. Defining end user attributes and motivating artists for freelancing gigs were complex tasks. To enhance time management, we introduced a notification system & calendar integration. Simplifying event creation for planners was another hurdle. These challenges drove us to innovate and create a user-friendly platform to cater to diverse user needs.

Our Approach

Our approach with the Festful mobile app was to streamline event planning, simplifying both virtual and in-person gatherings. We accomplished this by crafting low-fidelity designs and providing UX assistance. Our focus on creating a user-friendly experience included designing clear user flows, ensuring a smooth start and progression through each step. 

Our approach prioritised user-centric thinking and aimed to offer the best and time-saving solutions, contributing to the app's success.

Outcomes

The results of our collaboration with the Festful mobile app were highly impactful. We not only streamlined event planning for both virtual and in-person occasions but also introduced efficient tools for inviting guests and booking freelancers.
